Jim and Carol Beazley opened the doors of Napa’s first bed and breakfast inn in 1981, and they’ve been open ever since.

The Beazley House is just a short walk from the newly revitalized downtown Napa riverfront, the Napa Valley Opera House, the Napa Valley Wine Train, fine dining, shopping, and Napa’s Oxbow Market. The downtown Napa location is a perfect “home base” from which to explore wineries, vineyards, more restaurants, and the picturesque Napa Valley.
Construction within the historic mansion was challenging. The Beazley’s strove to maintain the original feel while accommodating the needs of today’s Napa travelers. Private baths were cleverly fitted into the existing bedrooms and all per Napa County building codes and regulations.
Beazley House is dog friendly, provides free wireless Internet access, has delicious breakfasts made in-house, and features exquisite gardens, comfortable rooms, and gracious hosts, Jim and Carol Beazley.
