Basil Tomato Frittata

In food blender, whirl together:

6-8 eggs

3/4 cup cottage cheese

3/4 cup plain yogurt

1teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon granulated onion

1 can Italian tomatoes ,drained

3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes

In 10"pie plate or 8 small ramekins, coated w/vegetable spray:

Distribute 8 ounces shredded Italian cheeses in bottom of ramekins.  Pour egg mixture over cheese.

Sprinkle crumbled feta over top then finish with a sprinle of  Mrs. Dash garlic herb blend & dried basil.

Bake in preheated oven @ 350 degrees F 35-45 minutes or until knfe in serted comes out clean.

Garnish w/ cherry tomato & sprig of fresh basil if desired
