We would be honored if you choose to take your vows at The Beazley House Bed and Breakfast, Napa’s first Bed and Breakfast Inn.
Located in the heart of Napa Valley in historic downtown Napa, our secluded English-style gardens provide a peaceful backdrop for your I-Do’s. Filled with bright flowers, fountains, lush lawns, and a century-old oak tree, our beautifully landscaped gardens are nestled between the Historic Mansion and its Carriage House.
Our historic circa 1902 Edwardian mansion may also be used for your ceremony site. We have many options for both ceremonies and receptions. Imagine your guests entering through the stately Mansion’s stained glass front door. Then gathering in the beautiful parlor. Refreshments await them in the gardens just through the music room’s French doors. The stage is set for your dream wedding.

Elopement & Intimate Weddings
Whether you want to share your special day with a small gathering of friends and family, or you just want to keep it between the two of you, let us make your perfect wedding setting in our lovingly manicured English gardens or by the fireplace in our 1902 Edwardian mansion.
Facility fee includes:
- Two Romantic nights in one of our private hideaway Carriage House rooms.

Garden Wedding with Vineyard Reception:
We have created the quintessential Napa Valley wedding experience; pairing a secluded formal English garden ceremony with a reception celebration in the vineyards.
Historic downtown Napa meets an Italianesque Napa Valley Vineyard.

Our Garden Wedding with Vineyard Reception is ideal for 50 to 125 guests.
Ceremony Inclusions:
- Site Fee: Wedding ceremony use for up to 3 hours.
Includes use of the Mansion’s first floor, Main Garden, grounds, and changing room. - Ceremony Rehearsal: Use of grounds for up to 1 hour
- Ceremony chairs (setup and breakdown)
- Light refreshments for wedding guests as they arrive
- Pre-wedding coordination services as well as on-site day off coordination services.
- A Private Hideaway Honeymoon Suite for 2 nights.
Choose from: Garden Room, West Loft, East Loft, or Enchanted Rose. With weddings of 90 guests or more.
Vineyard Inclusions:
- ¾ of a bottle of fine Napa Valley wine per adult
- Glassware
- Tables & Chairs for up to 120 guests
- Use of vineyard lawn seating in “The Grove”, with spectacular views of the vineyards and hills of Napa Valley
- Use of Tuscan Villa’s full kitchen, plus changing and rest areas for the bridal party
- Use of Villa Terrace patio for reception or dancing
- Tasting room experience
Other Options and Available Services:
- Wedding professional referrals for ministers, photographers, florists, bakers, ceremony harpist or cellist.
- Catering Packages; a Napa Valley buffet to an elegant sit-down dinner
- Guest transportation – shuttle services to and from properties
- Wine & hors d'oeuvres welcome party
- $500 dollar booking credit when reserving the entire Inn for 2 or more nights for your wedding party. All 11 rooms are: $3,290 a night (exclusive of tax)
- Additional lodging recommendations for other B&Bs, and hotels, within our historical neighborhood and within walking distance.
- In-room couples spa packages: Morning Mimosa’s, or Sweet Dreams. Prices start at $245 for two! Click her for spa packages.
Policies:
- Wedding Party must reserve at least ONE guest rooms for two nights for wedding day purposes, which also may be used as lodging for both of those nights. Your package may already include this requirement.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure desired ceremony date. Deposit will be applied to the balance of the services provided. Deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation provided that at least 60 days notice is given.
- The premises will be available for decoration after 10:30AM. Areas and methods of decoration must be pre-approved by the Beazley House Events Manager.
- Ceremonies may take place between the hours of 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM, unless your party has booked the entire Inn.
- No amplified music allowed in the gardens. Acoustical instruments only.
- Rates are for the months of May through October (exclusive of tax).
Garden Wedding with
Napa Valley Wine Train Reception
A pairing for an "ANTIQUE" wedding experience! The wedding begins with your ceremony in our English style gardens. Our 1902 Edwardian Colonial Revival Mansion serves as your backdrop. Then you and your guests will be shuttled from Beazley House to the train station, where they will board the vintage 1915 restored Wine Train to begin a dining adventure.
What is the Wine Train
The Napa Valley Wine Train provides a relaxing three hour journey along the thirty six mile round-trip between the historic town of Napa through one of the world's most famous wine valleys to the quaint village of St. Helena and back.
Guests aboard the Wine Train enjoy the option of a freshly prepared lunch or dinner of great regional food and fabulous, hard-to-find wines. You’ll view the vineyards and wineries from any of the vintage 1915-1917 Pullman Dining, Lounge or the 1952 Vista Dome rail cars which have been lavishly restored.
Choose from an excellent seasonal menu, and then enjoy the dish that was prepared to your specifications in our specially designed kitchen cars. Nationally known Executive Chef, Kelly Macdonald uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients, earth friendly produce, humanely raised meats, and line caught or responsibly farmed fish.
Sunday-Friday Packages :: $2,350
(Ideal for 50-125 guests. One-night minimum stay required with this package)
Ceremony Inclusions:
- One room night in the Mansion (upgrade to Carriage house available at additional charge)
- Use of Garden & Mansion 1st floor
- Coordination at the Beazley House Ceremony site and the Napa Valley Wine Train Reception site
- Welcome Refreshments
- Ceremony Chairs
- Rehearsal time on an agreed upon date
Saturday Packages :: $3,100
(Ideal for 50-125 guests. Two-night minimum stay required with this package)
Includes all of the above with two room nights in either a Mansion or Carriage House room, depending on availability.
