Garden Wedding Ceremony

The quintessential Napa Valley Wedding Experience in historic downtown Napa. This package is designed for wedding parties of 20 to 75 guests.

Ceremony Inclusions:

  • A Private Hideaway Honeymoon Suite for 2 nights.
  • Site Fee: Wedding ceremony use for up to 4 hours; use of the Mansion's first floor, Main Garden, grounds, and changing room.
  • Ceremony chairs (setup and breakdown)
  • Ceremony Rehearsal: Use of grounds for up to 1 hour

Other Options and Available Services:

  • Wedding professionals and vendor referrals available.
  • Wine & hors d'oeuvres welcome party
  • Lodging: To reserve our entire inn (11 rooms) for your party, inquire for current rates.
  • Additional lodging recommendations for other B&Bs, and hotels, within our historical neighborhood and within walking distance.

Policies:

  • Wedding Ceremonies may take place between the hours of 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM (more flexible times with full buyout of rooms).
  • Acoustical instruments only. No amplified music allowed in the gardens.
  • Weddings may be held in our gardens May through October.
  • Planner required.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your preferred wedding ceremony date. Deposit will be applied to the balance of the services provided. Deposit is refundable in the event of cancellation provided that at least 60 days notice is given.

Garden Wedding Ceremony Packages
Weekend Weddings: $5,500* :: Midweek Weddings: $4,900*
Up to 75 guests maximum.
*Events held on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are considered “Weekend”;
Events on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are considered “Midweek.”
