It is with the utmost respect and admiration for its long and storied history that we announce the official closing of the Beazley House in downtown Napa.

Founded by Jim and Carol Beazley in 1981, the Beazley House was one of the first bed and breakfasts in downtown Napa and has housed thousands of guests over the last 39 years. Pioneers in the Napa hospitality scene, Jim and Carol Beazley were adored and admired by guests and locals alike for their passion and generosity. They paved the way to a thriving B&B community here in Napa, and we have rounded up a few of the area’s finest establishments in the link below.

In 2018, John and Michele Truchard acquired the property with the long-term goal of investing in the restoration of the charming mansion and carriage house. Given current events, we felt this was our opportunity to close the property, commence construction, and look toward a bright future.

Thank you to the Beazley’s for the joy you provided over the course of four decades, and a huge thanks to all of our guests that made the Beazley House a true home away from home.
