  •   Jim and Carol were great hosts during our recent wedding anniversary trip to Napa.  Beautiful home located in a very quiet spot, but also close (we walked everywhere) to the downtown Napa restaurants, bars, Wine Train, galleries, etc.  The evening wine/cheese/cracker social hour was nice and created an opportunity to engage with the other guests. It is always a highlight when staying at a B&B when you realize you have 1 degree of separation with other guests.
The breakfast each day was delicious and there was a variety of items to choose.  The granola is homemade and really good.  All in all a wonderful long weekend in Napa!

I highly recommend the Beazley House.  My husband and I (and our dog) felt very pampered by the owners and staff.   The house is clean and comfortable, the flower gardens are amazing and the location is very convenient if you plan to spend time in downtown Napa (a ten minute walk).  Breakfast was delicious and it was a treat to be able to enjoy it outside in the garden area.  We hope to return again in the future and stay longer.

Just back from an all too brief stay at Beazley House. Can't wait to return! Beautiful and well-kept grounds, a house with character, engaging guests and innkeepers, gracious and informative owners, delectable breakfasts, afternoon wine and cheese, bedtime sherry, bottomless cookie jar ... what am I leaving out? Oh! It's in one of the most wonderful places in the country! Truly memorable for all the right reasons. Loved being able to walk into Napa for restaurants, tasting rooms, shopping, etc. We were in The Master which was quite spacious and comfortable. There was a little bit of street noise, but the house IS on a street after all. The courtyard is a floral oasis perfect for a few hours with a book and/or a glass. We felt very much at home and very welcome at all times.

I checked into the Beazley House for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. Michelle met us at the after we parked (in their private lot)! The house was so inviting and there were fresh and chewy chocolate cookies waiting for us!!!! We stayed in the Sherry room. It was huge and had a big plush high bed!!! I really didn't want to leave it.  Downstairs, the dining room was impressive!
I wish I could've spent more than a day here. Everything was so thoughtful and the attention to detail was top notch.

P.s. the bed sheets are insane! Best sleep I've ever had!!!!!

My wife and I are Bed & Breakfast enthusiasts, and Beazley House is among the finest, for sure. From their friendliness to their hospitality to the cream sherry and cookies--and wine and cheese--to the room, ours was the Sun room (I am loathe to write about it because I don't want it to be booked next time we get a room at Beazley House!). It is incredible. It has windows on three sides: east, north, and west. It is a lovely room with a lovely garden view and a patio--perfect for relaxing and sipping your beverage of choice. Also, the house is within walking distance of Napa Town Center in downtown with all of its attendant fun. Additionally, there is a private parking lot in back of the cottage house, and safely off the road, for your vehicle.

This was an incredible experience!  Beautiful property, excellent owners and fantastic (included) breakfast and cheese/wine hour every day.  We met wonderful people and chatted with the owners at breakfast.  Highly recommend.  Will stay here on any future napa trips!

My wife and I stayed here for a night as a getaway to Napa and had the best time. The value is great and is very close to downtown Napa. Also, the house itself was very beautiful. This was our first time going to a B&B and we totally loved it. The staff there made us feel at home and was very accommodating. They were ready to recommend restaurants and helped us with all the wineries in the area. The room and bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Napa and we would definitely be returning. Don't forget to grab some cookies!

This was a pleasant surprise! The Beazley House is very charming, welcoming and comfortable.  This is my husband and I first time staying at a bed and breakfast and didn't know what to expect.  We got phenomenal service, amenities and a great home cooked breakfast.  The homemade granola was out of this world! The house itself, although old but had a warmth charm to it.  We stayed one night and will definitely come back when we are in town again at Napa.

If you are looking for Ritz Carlton service with down home personalized charming service this is the place to be. Prior to arriving the Inn sent us an email offering to make reservations for us to restaurants wineries tours etc. we asked them to reserve a bike tour and a dinner. They did so immediately and responded via a very cheery email. Upon arriving, Debbie (one of the staff) told us that the weather for the bike day didn't look promising so offered to change the reservation to another day. That would also require changing the dinner reservation. This was just an example of their attention to detail. Check in was easy. Late afternoon the Inn has wine tasting with cheese crackers and fruits. All day there are cookies tea and the most delicious special blend coffee. Our room The Enchanted Rose was huge with a fireplace and jacuzzi. Beds are comfortable and the Inn provided bathrobes are cozy and comfy. The grounds all around the Inn are beautiful and a short walk to Napa's downtown. Breakfasts were HUGE and were customized for dietary requirements. Every morning was something different. Although the breakfasts are served from 9-10:30, Carol (the owner) provided us an early breakfast the day of our bike tour and also gave us a "goodie bag" with nuts, granola bars, and juice boxes. If you are looking to recharge your batteries and to enjoy a true get away, Beazley House is the place!

  •   Back at the Beazley House for visit 6 after far too long between visits.  Still our "home" in Napa, our visit was as good as ever.  We always stay in the Spring Rose room in the main house but all the rooms are awesome so take your pick!

If you don't have wine tasting plans the Beazley's will help you plan your tour.  If wine isn't your thing they have plenty of other suggestions for things to do in the area.  They have been innkeepers for a very long time so they know their stuff!

    thumb Ann K.

Fantastic B&B! Hostess was wonderful, the place itself was very homey, comfortable and well taken care of, and the full breakfast was fresh & fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

A great vacation escape place to stay. All aspects of this place reflect on relaxation. The inn keepers are very friendly and are there to help. They gave us a tour upon our check in process with a glass of wine(great start). In addition, there is evening cheese and wine. In the front foyer area they have a bunch of business cards and a restaurant folder to help you choose where to see and what to eat. They have a family room where you can sit and play board games(which they have), drink wine, have some homemade cookies or just mingle. The dining area is beautifully done with one large wood table and two smaller tables. The garden is nicely decorated with flowers, a fountain, a tree swing and outdoor sitting area. Its a mini oasis! On our stay we chose the sunroom which has the tub and private wrap around balcony(a great add-on). The sun does enter this room, as the name implies, but its not disturbing. All the rooms are located upstairs, I think about 6 rooms. There are more rooms in the guesthouse behind the garden.
The morning breakfast starts with a helping for fresh fruits, cakes, granola yogurt, cheeses and coffee or tea. Once you seat they bring out the hot portion of your breakfast, freshly made and offer you more tea or coffee. The vibe here is like you are staying with family or friends.

You can take an evening stroll in the cozy garden or walk to nearby restaurants, about a mile or under.
    The bed is super comfy.
Overall, a great experience and different from staying in hotels.

My sister in law and I stayed at the Beazley House Bed and Breakfast this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly, everything was clean, and the cookies were to die for. They are located within walking distance to downtown Napa and their staff offered wonderful recommendations of places to go for dinner. They also assisted us in making reservations and offering suggestions about different restaurants and wineries.

We were pleasantly surprised that in such an old house, we really didn't hear much of our neighbors or people in the common area. I am already looking forward to another visit!

    thumb Veronica G.

We recently stayed at Beazley House for BottleRock weekend.  It was a great location and everyone (the staff and the other guests) were so nice and friendly.  Breakfast is wonderful and the room, although small, because we had the smallest room, met all our needs.  We are planning on staying there again next year!

    thumb Donna B.

My wife and I spent one night here for an early birthday celebration and it was just what we were looking for - cozy, romantic, beautiful, clean and with lots of character and charm. We turned up much earlier than check in time just to drop our bags, but were told by the super friendly staff that our room would be ready in just a few mins (they wanted to turn the fireplace on for us). We stayed in the Blossom View room, which had a gas fireplace and a big beautiful jacuzzi tub. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The little extras went a long way, too: homemade chocolate chip cookies, wine hour, delicious home cooked breakfast, and some strings pulled to get us a last-minute reservation at popular pizza restaurant downtown. We would love to stay again and highly recommend!

This b&b was a one night midweek stop over for hubby and I as we transited from Northern California to Southern California. This was the perfect place to be. Walking distance to the heart of downtown and all of the shopping and restaurants.

The house and grounds are well maintained and provide the quintessential B&B experience. Sandy, the innkeeper on duty when we checked in, gave us all the information we could need on the property  as well as directed us the nearby restaurants and attractions. Her hospitality was phenomenal.

Breakfast started at 9am and went until 10:30 am and was a hybrid of self serve and seated plating. The Mediterranean polenta was excellent and the baked bacon to die for.

Beazley House will definitely be on my radar the next time I make plans for Napa, I just hope we get to spend more than one evening.

    thumb Nathan D.

We knew that there was a wine and cheese cocktail on the house  if we arrived before 7pm but we missed it coz we arrived later than that, however we were so happy that the Beazley House was in a perfect location. Just about a mile walk to the different tasting rooms, restaurants , bars, the oxbow market pass the bridge.... such a safe neighborhood. For a bed and breakfast, this is a 6 star. Clean sheets and pillows, great bed, and although the floors were creaking, I felt very safe. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommending for a weekend trip getaway.

We stayed at the Beasley house just for the night to celebrate New Years and our wedding anniversary. The innkeeper was very pleasant and friendly. We stayed in "the master" room and found it to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful grounds with a garden. Definitely stay there again on our next trip to Napa.

  •   Excellent! We had a great stay here earlier this week. The food was good, the people were friendly and the beds were super comfy. They even have neat air conditioning in the ceiling! Booyah!

      Fabulous place....great location....extremely friendly staff....will stay again

Darling. Great service. The facilities are everything you would expect. The people are better. Breakfast is good. I would recommend the "Sun Room" for the private breakfast on the patio. It's the sun room so expect a lot of sunshine. I love this hotel.

    thumb Aaron K.

One of the best B&Bs I have had the pleasure to stay at. The owners and staff make you feel like you've known them for years. The house and accommodations are immaculate. And they go out of their way to make you feel completely pampered. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Also, the towels are amazing!!!

Do yourself a favor, and stay at Beazley House!

We stayed 3 days in this beautiful old house. From the moment we arrived everyone was great! The room (Blossom View) super cozy and QUIET!!! The only thing you hear are birds during the day and crickets in the night. So peaceful! Breakfast is made with love as everything else. We asked for a gluten free menu and all we ate (sausage, spinach souffle, cake) was delicious. All our stay in Napa, for this 1st wedding anniversary, was made extra special thanks to the Beazley House where we felt comfortable, relaxed and taken care of! We will definitely go back! Thanks BH!!!

Thank you for hosting our family get together. Such a beautiful place inside and out. I saw in two of the rooms and they are great with indoor spa tubs and what look like such comfortable beds. It was clean and very comfortable feeling. The employees were so friendly and welcoming. They made home made chocolate chip cookies that were amazing as well! It was a fantastic day.

    thumb Amy D.

If you want a cute, quaint and just overall lovely bed and breakfast to stay, you must visit this one. The owners are so kind and sweet. Each room is cozy and adorable. We stayed in the garden room with our own private courtyard. It is not your St. Regis and you should not expect this from a bed and breakfast. I loved it, though. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY YUMMY and is much needed before tasting wine all day! The homemade granola is a must and any of the savory, warm dishes they make are incredible. I also like that you go into the dining room and you sit with other guest (family style). The owners bring you coffee and are truly want you to have a good experience. You are also just a few minutes walk to all the downtown restaurants. This is a must in the B&B world. (Oh, don't forget to buy the sheets!)

    thumb Jennifer D.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, great downtown Napa location, clean and spacious gardens, pet friendly, comfortable rooms, safe and quiet neighborhood.

The breakfast was a a bit disappointing for a pricey bed & breakfast in Napa.  Scrambled eggs & sausage, fruits, regular coffee, juice.  We were expecting something more gourmet type breakfast like eggs benedict made with organic eggs, homemade waffles, breakfast quiche, homemade bread pudding or freshly baked muffins with homemade organic jam and such.

I must say though that their homemade chocolate cake is one of the best I've ever had.

    Overall, pleasant and relaxing stay.

    Thank you Beazley house!

    thumb Jilly B.

Enjoyed our stay in April and the breakfast is to die for! Owners and staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing...highly recommend.  Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Napa.

  •   The Beazley House is now our go-to B&B in Napa. Jim and Carol have created a wonderful home away from home. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, the breakfasts are creative and delicious, and the garden space a beautiful place to escape for some quiet time. (Bring a bottle of wine.) The staff is incredibly friendly and are happy to accommodate any special request. And the location can't be beat; they're just a few blocks from downtown Napa. We're confident you'll enjoy a stay at the Beazley House as much as we did. See you there!

    thumb Alexander M.

What an adorable property. You feel so cozy and pampered here. The most accommodating staff and delicious breakfast! The location is fantastic as well. We will definitely return!

    thumb Robin E.

Absolutely perfect in every way!! Clean, friendly and great outside seating! Fresh cookie around the clock in the lobby. Wine every evening and the most delicious breakfast in the morning. Their coffee is to die for and there isn't a lot of traffic noice while trying to rest! The most beautiful flower garden I have ever seen and the roses smell sooo sweet  we love it and have stayed there 3 times now

I was there for a weekend getaway with Gf. Breakfast was great. Very charming place. Check in and checkout went smoothly. Room was comfy. Nice neighborhood. They put in some nice touches.

My only regret was not meeting the Beazleys.

    thumb Pauly W.

We stayed at the Beazley House last week with the idea of spending a few days in the Napa area to support the local merchants.  We had our small poodle with us and she fit right in and was warmly welcomed by Michelle and Jim and Carol Beazley.  The location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and stores downtown.  Carol Beazley graciously called ahead to several wineries to make sure that we would be expected and that they could handle our dog and all went very smoothly.  The breakfast was delicious and hearty and prepared us for the wine tasting with no problem.   We also enjoyed the wine and cheese in the evening before we went out to dinner.

The room was cozy and comfortable' and we even enjoyed the fireplace; first one of the season!

We will happily recommend it to our friends.

My wife and another couple made plans to spend 5 days and 4 nights in Napa to celebrate our 10 and 30 year wedding anniversaries. The other couple did some searching for hotels and BnB's and came across The Beazley House. If I were to say that the accommodations, close proximity to restaurants and live music, as well as centrally located to get to all the wineries up to Calistoga were unbelievable, I still wouldn't be doing justice to them. They are some of the friendliest people we have ever met and serve the most awesome breakfast ever that is constantly changing. We asked if they could set us up outside for breakfast in the wonderfully landscaped courtyard every day and they were more than happy to oblige. In fact, they actually suggested it to us when we checked in. Every night we had complimentary wine tastings from 6-7 that had a couple wineries come in showing and explaining their product. This is accompanied with various sliced cheeses, crackers, and nuts to go with the interesting wine samples. This also fed our hungry stomachs to put something in our bodies before heading out to dinner. They assisted us in our itinerary on where to go and on what day so as to Group our winery visits geographically to get in as many as we could. The Beazley has available all kinds of wine tasting 2 for 1 coupons and great recommendations for dinner. Ask them ahead of time for suggestions and they will make the reservations for you!! I would stay here over and over again!! 1st class experience from great innkeepers!!!!!

While st Helena might be a more central & "classic" feeling town on the wine trail, I prefer staying in Napa...easier to get in & out of, from the Beasley you can walk to town, which has the most to do over all the other towns, yet it's still a short drive to wherever...
The staff here is very professional & accomidating, they put out an impressive breakfast each morning & the room& property is beautifully maintained...we were here with friends & all agree we would return...
