Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event you have to cancel your planned stay with us, we have a 10-day cancellation policy. This means you must notify us 10 days prior to the date of your stay of ANY change of plans. Guests acknowledge that bookings made less than 10 days of their arrival date will forfeit their deposit if their reservation is canceled.

A stay of 4 or more nights requires a 14-day notice of cancellation. Any room not re-rented will be charged the full room rate.

Reservations canceled with more than 10 days notice will receive a full refund, less a $35 cancellation fee per room booked to cover costs incurred.

Policies of The Beazley House

  • Room Rates based on Double Occupancy

    All rates are based on double-occupancy and include full breakfast for two. Taxes are calculated in addition to the room rate.

  • Minimum Stay Required

    Multi-night stay may be required on weekends and holidays.

  • Deposit Required to Secure Your Reservation

    We require a valid credit card number for each reservation. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total stay will be charged to secure your multi-night reservation. Single-night stays will be charged 100% of the stay of time of reservation.

  • Check-In: 3:30–6:30pm Daily

    To ensure your room and everything at the inn is perfect and ready to accommodate you, we you arrive to check-in with us between 3:30pm and 6:30pm PST. Should you arrive earlier, please stop by. Our innkeeper can set you up for a lunch downtown or perhaps offer some tasting passes to one our favorite wineries nearby.

    Late Arrivals: Please contact your innkeeper if you will be arriving after 6:30pm. We will make arrangements for directions to your room, your room keys and any access codes you may need.

  • Check Out: 11:30am–12:00pm Daily

    Check-out is daily from 11:30am to 12:00pm (Noon). At which time, any remaining balances for your stay and additional amenities will be settled using the card on file.

  • Early Check-Out

    Should you need to leave early for any reason, please make arrangements with your innkeeper ahead of time. We can settle your bill the night before, and arrange a “To Go” brown bag for breakfast including a mini-loaf of one of our breakfast breads, some fresh fruit, our signature granola, maybe a yogurt, and our signature blend coffee, hot and ready for you.

  • Travelers with Children

    Children regardless of age, must be accounted for during the reservation process. Fire Safety Best Practices require us to note the number of occupants per room. With prior arrangement FAMILIES (with 1 child, 12 years of age or older) CAN ONLY BE ACCOMMODATED in our Spring Rose room!

  • No Childcare Provided

    As this is an historic property, children must not be left unattended and remain under adult supervision at all times.

  • Smoking is not Allowed

    Smoking is not allowed in any room or common areas of the Mansion or Carriage House. If you must, we please ask you only smoke in designated areas of the gardens, or take a lovely stroll through our picturesque neighborhoods.

  • Dog-Friendly

    Dogs are welcomed under terms and conditions listed in our Pet Policy for a $40 per night per dog fee – up to a maximum of 2 dogs, 75 pounds or less, per room. By booking you submit that you agree to abide by these conditions. We are not able to accommodate other pets (e.g.: cats, birds, snakes, llamas, etc.). But then, neither do any of the wineries or restaurants you plan to visit. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
